On Tuesday my good friend Emma Kadar-Penner had an opening for a Vivian Westwood exhibit she co-curated for the The Museum at FIT. The show takes us from Westwood's early punk years through her partnership with Malcolm McLauren to her couture solo runway work. The show does a stellar job telling this story and shows us that all along Westwood was challenging cultural paradigms in the hottest of ways.
